In a current project we are developing a tool that is based on WPF. There is a centralized Windows application that loads after necessary UserControls. All modules are so realized in UserControls and nachgeldaden is needed.
Since it but in between dozens of modules with some 100 UserControls that degenerates of course in the tool bar. Every time when you compile the hell is going on in the toolbar. If one collects also temporarily a few code snippets in the tool bar, they are then always where otherwise. This has me something of...
The solution is but well hidden. You will not automatically update the Toolbox you must notify explicitly that the Visual Studio 2010.
Remove tools-> options-> text editor-> XAML-> miscellaneous-> checkbox for "automatically complete toolbox items"
After that, the toolbar looks much better.
Not more so cluttered as before.
The categories need to be removed however Manuel. They just disappear.
So, now back to the work.
