Expression blend 3 - and that is to be developed?

by Roland Schumacher alias GENiALi 25. Februar 2010 -- 230 words  -- 1 mal gelesen

I may make a lot of WPF at the moment. This I can either Visual Studio 2008 or expression blend 3 use. Both go the walls up me.

In Visual Studio 2008, the designer is just weak, and is sometimes very strange. But that is well known. So I try me on expression blend 3. I find the part still useless as VS.

How so?

1. On the tab, there is no context menu. No "all close" or "all except these include".

2. I can't select multiple XAML files but not open. To double all individually. Not even "enter" is.

Only via context menu and open.

3. Code format in expression blend 3? Yes where the? Not going well? No context menu on the XAML code. You can not even close code. Today already thrown editors can do that.

4. The code editor is often different than the in VS 2008. How many times I did already a line break where I did not want it.

5. Greatly what everything can be set in the options. How do I a I have a black background in the code?

6. No matter what color scheme. Contrast is always weak.

I wonder on VS 2010. The project is to immediately migrate to 2010. This can be only better.

PS: Did this application in WinForm liked a few times to make. Simply because there mature the Tools seem.
