The statistics extension runs now for 2 weeks on my blog without any problems. So I think the version 1.0 is deserved.

There was still a minor adjustment. So far would be statistic for the number of postings per week always stood on a blog where not much runs the application pool would periodically restarted. The statistics updated only when new postings, new comments, when a new rating. A blog where not much would be always the same number stopped. Therefore the statistics is re-created now in each calendar week.
