In June 2007 I and my father-in-law built hardwood a wooden terrace from Massaranduba. I also extensively reported about this project. Prepare ground, roof, in construction, Finsih and Tips. :-)

To my surprise, more people land on my blog because these postings as due to the it of posts.

This wooden terrace requires of course a little maintenance. Otherwise she will persevere not the target 20-25 years. This one takes with an oil me dark pigments in it.

In this bucket are 3 litres of oil that goes with me good for 5 x 6 meters wooden terrace. I wear on too much. 2 Litre would be too little, too much 3 liters.

Before one keeps the terrace with the oil must be cleaned more thoroughly. I just use water with detergent. Cumshot then well with the hose and leave to dry.

When applying, you can see the difference quite well.

As a tool for applying the oil a normal painting roller has proven itself. You can confidently discard it after work.

If the oil is dried the terrace looks almost like new.

I do every year before the barbecue season begins.
