On a SQL Server 2005 was long ago about a backup task
set up. He was wonderful.
When I left the company in October 2007 were of course
change all passwords of administrators. This included the 'sa'
Password of the SQL Server.
Since I now some for my former employer may make much me
on the backup no longer did. The new Admins did they get
it not. So I tried it.
I got also the new 'sa' password. I wanted to delete the old job.
That did not want the server. Always said I could not login with the 'sa'.
"Login failed for user 'sa'." (Microsoft_SQL_Server,_Error:_18456) "
Log on with the 'sa'? That can not be.
After a long back and forth I have to then again the sa password
my old reset. Behold, now I could delete the job. :-)
