Enhancements:
* Set conversation field to the feed's title, to enable grouping by feed.

* Added "Read more..." link in the end of a "download web-page" feed
Bugs Fixed:* GMail Atom didn't work because of HTTPS redirect bug (I think) in .NET framework.
* Fixed few bugs in the Download Web Page (such as relative paths, there's still a problem with frames).
* Removed the LogExceptions log (log for log errors...)
