* Added an option to prevent feed refresh when Outlook is on offline mode
Bugs Fixed:
* Fixed handling of HTML encoding in item title (e-mail subject)
* Fixed problem with image name that might contain '='
* Failed reading feeds with corrupted culture info parameters
* Fixed a bug with user name authentication that includes '@'
* Fixed a bug in the encryption procedure which caused data file corruption
